There are four workshops in the Bigger Future business growth program.
During the course of the year, you will learn to use a unique set of business tools and strategy frameworks that will help you understand your business better and turn it into a growth business.
You will be joining a group of 30-35 other business owners like you from various industry sectors represented in Rwanda. Over the course of the year, you will strengthen your network of personal and business relationships as you grow your business and deepen your own skills as a business and community leader.
Dan Sullivan, founder of The Strategic Coach, often says that it's just as hard to double the size of your company as it is to grow it 10-times. But growing 10x means you have to rethink everything about your business. It means you learn to work smarter, not just harder.
In the Bigger Future program we talk about becoming Industry Transformers - doing business so differently than your competitors that you redefine your sector. This is an exciting challenge, and we think Rwanda is a great place to do it!
